Krome Aesthetics was born from a shared vision between Dr. Lorie Schultz and Alyssa Kromer — two women who have spent their careers putting patients first.

Dr. Lorie came to Findlay in 1998 as an OB/GYN physician, pioneering robotic surgery at Blanchard Valley Hospital and performing the first robotic case in Findlay in July 2010. After achieving Master Surgeon Status and helping the hospital earn Center of Excellence recognition in robotics and GYN surgery, she became Medical Director of Beyond Medspa in 2017. In 2023, she and Alyssa purchased the spa from the hospital — and Krome Aesthetics was created.

Alyssa graduated from the University of Findlay PA program in 2015, working in emergency medicine before transitioning to family practice. In 2020 she joined Beyond Medspa, bringing advanced training from plastic surgeons, master injectors, and leading companies including Allergan, Galderma, and Cynosure.

Together, they built Krome around a simple belief: great aesthetics is about how you feel — confident, refreshed, and truly yourself.
